ADGTech Solutions Inc. is committed to making the ADGTech enterprise AI platform and public website accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We believe accessible design benefits every user and is integral to enterprise-grade software.
2. WCAG Alignment Goal
ADGTech aims for conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across the platform interface and public website. We treat WCAG 2.1 AA as a target standard and actively work toward meeting its success criteria.
We do not claim full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance at this time. Known gaps are tracked in our product backlog and addressed in ongoing platform releases.
3. Accessible Design Practices
Current accessibility features and practices include:
- Semantic HTML structure for improved screen reader compatibility
- ARIA labels and roles on interactive components
- Sufficient color contrast ratios for primary text and UI elements
- Scalable text and responsive layouts supporting browser zoom
- Focus indicators for keyboard-navigable elements
- Descriptive alt text for informational images
- Form labels and error messages that are programmatically associated
4. Keyboard Navigation
Core platform workflows are designed to be operable by keyboard. Tab order follows logical reading flow. Modal dialogs trap focus appropriately. Keyboard shortcuts are documented where available.
5. Screen Reader Considerations
The platform is designed with screen reader compatibility in mind. We test with common screen readers including NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver. Known screen reader issues are tracked and prioritized for resolution.

Enterprise customers requiring specific accessibility accommodations for their team members can contact support@adgtech.ai to discuss platform configuration options or alternative access arrangements.

Please include: the URL or feature where you encountered the issue; the assistive technology you are using (browser, OS, screen reader); and a description of the accessibility barrier.
Accessibility reports are reviewed and responded to within 5 business days.
8. Ongoing Improvements
ADGTech continuously improves platform accessibility through: regular accessibility audits of new features before release; integration of accessibility requirements in our design and development process; ongoing training for our product and engineering team; and incorporating user feedback from customers with disabilities.
