Acceptable Use Policy

Rules and standards governing acceptable use of the ADGTech enterprise AI automation platform. All customers and authorized users must comply.

Last updated: June 2026 · ADGTech Solutions Inc. · All customers and authorized users of the ADGTech platform are required to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy.

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines permitted and prohibited uses of the ADGTech enterprise AI automation platform ("Platform"). It protects customers, third parties, and the integrity of the Platform. Violation may result in suspension or termination of access.

2. Responsible Use

The Platform may be used only for lawful business purposes consistent with the Terms of Service. Customers are responsible for ensuring their authorized users comply with this AUP. Use of the Platform for activities that are deceptive, harmful, or illegal is prohibited under any circumstances.

3. Prohibited Activities

Fraud and Deceptive Practices

You must not use the Platform to: create, distribute, or promote fraudulent schemes; generate or distribute misleading marketing claims or deceptive advertising; impersonate individuals, organizations, or brands; fabricate testimonials, reviews, or endorsements; make unauthorized financial solicitations; or engage in phishing, pretexting, or social engineering.

Spam and Abusive Outreach

You must not use AI automation or communication features to: send unsolicited bulk email (spam) in violation of Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), the US CAN-SPAM Act, or equivalent law; conduct automated outreach without appropriate consent; engage in aggressive, harassing, or abusive messaging; or acquire email lists through unlawful means.

Unauthorized Access

You must not: attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or networks; probe or test platform security beyond your authorized account; circumvent access controls or authentication mechanisms; use the Platform to attack or compromise third-party systems.

Malicious Automation

You must not configure automations that: scrape websites or databases without authorization; generate artificial engagement, clicks, or traffic; automate actions prohibited by third-party platform terms; create denial-of-service conditions on any system; or conduct automated vulnerability scanning of systems you do not own.

Illegal Data Collection and Privacy Violations

You must not: collect, process, or store personal information without appropriate legal basis; harvest contact information without consent; build profiles on individuals without complying with applicable privacy law; or use the Platform in ways that violate PIPEDA, HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, or other applicable privacy regulations.

Fake Reviews and Reputation Manipulation

You must not: generate or distribute fake reviews, ratings, or testimonials; manipulate online reputation through artificial means; conduct coordinated inauthentic behavior; or create misleading case studies or social proof.

Infringing Content

You must not use the Platform to create, store, or distribute content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.

High-Risk and Harmful AI Uses

You must not use AI features to: generate content that constitutes hate speech, incitement, or harassment; produce content that sexually exploits minors; create deepfakes, synthetic media, or AI-generated content designed to deceive; generate content targeting vulnerable populations for exploitation; or automate regulated decisions (credit, insurance, employment) without appropriate human oversight and legal compliance.

Unlawful Lead Generation

You must not engage in unlawful lead generation practices including: purchasing or using contact lists obtained illegally; running outreach campaigns that violate telemarketing, email, or solicitation laws; generating leads through deceptive landing pages or misleading offers.

4. Platform Integrity

You must not: introduce malware, viruses, or malicious code into the Platform; interfere with or disrupt Platform infrastructure; use the Platform in a way that unreasonably impacts performance for other customers; or reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Platform.

5. Enforcement

ADGTech reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP. Enforcement actions may include: warning, suspension of specific features, temporary suspension of account access, or permanent termination. ADGTech may report illegal activity to appropriate authorities.

ADGTech's determination of AUP violations is final. Enforcement is at ADGTech's sole discretion and is applied consistently across all customers.
