Responsible AI Policy

ADGTech's principles and commitments for the responsible development, deployment, and use of AI automation features across healthcare, dental, education, government, and enterprise contexts.

Last updated: June 2026 · ADGTech Solutions Inc. · This policy applies to all AI automation features within the ADGTech enterprise platform.

1. Human-Centered AI

ADGTech is committed to building AI automation that augments human capability rather than replacing human judgment. Our AI features are designed to handle repetitive, time-consuming tasks — freeing people to focus on judgment, creativity, and relationship-driven work.

AI automation within the ADGTech platform is intended to be a decision-support tool unless otherwise contractually configured and documented for specific supervised automation use cases.

2. Human Review and Oversight

Customers are responsible for maintaining human oversight of AI-driven automations, particularly in contexts affecting: patient care, clinical documentation, or health-related decisions; educational assessments or student records; financial, legal, or regulatory compliance decisions; and government service delivery or citizen-facing communications.

ADGTech recommends that customers configure approval workflows for AI-generated content or automation actions in high-stakes contexts.

3. Transparency

ADGTech discloses the general nature of AI models powering platform features in product documentation and on request. We do not obscure when content, recommendations, or actions are AI-generated within our own platform interfaces.

Customers are responsible for being transparent with their own end users about AI-assisted or AI-generated content when required by applicable law or professional standards.

4. Data Privacy in AI Processing

Customer data processed by AI features is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable Data Processing Agreements. Customer data is not used to train shared AI models without explicit written consent. AI processing occurs within logically isolated customer environments.

5. Bias Awareness and Mitigation

ADGTech acknowledges that AI models can produce biased outputs based on training data characteristics. We actively monitor AI feature outputs for quality, consistency, and potential bias indicators. Customers are encouraged to report unexpected or problematic AI outputs to support@adgtech.ai.

Customers should apply additional scrutiny to AI outputs in contexts where bias could cause discriminatory outcomes — for example, in hiring, admissions, clinical triage, or public service eligibility decisions.

6. AI Output Limitations and Hallucination Risk

Large language models and generative AI systems can produce outputs that are factually incorrect, outdated, irrelevant, or internally inconsistent — a phenomenon known as "hallucination." ADGTech AI features are subject to this limitation.

Customer Validation Responsibility: Customers are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated content, recommendations, and automation outputs before publication, distribution, or business-critical use. ADGTech does not accept liability for decisions made based on unreviewed AI outputs.

7. AI Use in Healthcare and Dental Settings

ADGTech AI features deployed in healthcare and dental contexts are designed to support clinical administration, patient engagement, billing automation, scheduling, and documentation workflows. They are not diagnostic tools and do not provide medical advice.

  • AI outputs must be reviewed by qualified clinical staff before use in patient care contexts
  • AI-generated clinical documentation must be reviewed and approved by the treating clinician
  • ADGTech AI does not constitute a regulated medical device
  • Healthcare deployments requiring HIPAA compliance must operate under a signed BAA

8. AI Use in Education and Government Settings

Education customers should ensure AI-generated content, assessments, or communications are reviewed by qualified educators before use with students. ADGTech AI is not an accredited educational provider and does not issue credentials or assessments independently.

Government customers should apply appropriate human review and accountability for AI-assisted citizen communications, decision support, and public-facing content, in accordance with applicable government AI use policies.

9. Prohibited AI Uses

The following AI uses are prohibited on the ADGTech platform:

  • Generating content designed to deceive, defraud, or manipulate people
  • Creating deepfakes or synthetic media intended to impersonate real individuals without consent
  • Producing content that targets vulnerable populations for exploitation
  • Generating sexual content involving minors
  • Automating decisions with discriminatory or illegal outcomes
  • Circumventing legal, professional, or regulatory requirements through AI automation
  • Using AI outputs as a substitute for required licensed professional services without appropriate oversight

10. Monitoring and Governance

ADGTech maintains internal governance processes for reviewing AI features, evaluating model providers, and assessing new AI capabilities before deployment. Significant AI feature changes that affect data processing or output behavior are documented and communicated to enterprise customers.

11. Feedback and Improvements

We welcome feedback on AI feature quality, accuracy, and potential bias. Report concerns to: support@adgtech.ai

Enterprise customers may request AI documentation packages and responsible AI assessments as part of procurement.
