PIPEDA
ADGTech's data handling practices are designed to align with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). We support customers' obligations under PIPEDA through data isolation, consent controls, access rights, and retention management.
Provincial Privacy Considerations
For customers operating in Quebec (Law 25), Ontario, Alberta, or British Columbia, ADGTech can discuss province-specific data handling requirements in enterprise contracts. Healthcare customers in Ontario should consider PHIPA requirements in their deployment planning.
PHIPA — Ontario Healthcare
ADGTech can support healthcare information privacy considerations for Ontario customers. PHIPA-aligned deployment requirements should be discussed in the context of an enterprise contract and data processing agreement.
3. USA Privacy Readiness
HIPAA-Aligned Deployment Support
ADGTech can support HIPAA-aligned deployments for healthcare and dental customers in the USA under a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA). BAA execution is required before processing Protected Health Information (PHI) on ADGTech infrastructure. Contact enterprise@adgtech.ai to request a BAA.
FERPA — Education
ADGTech can support education customers with FERPA compliance considerations. Student education records processed through ADGTech should be handled in accordance with the customer's institutional FERPA obligations.
CCPA / CPRA — California
ADGTech's privacy practices are designed to be compatible with CCPA/CPRA requirements. ADGTech does not sell personal information. California customers may exercise data rights by contacting privacy@adgtech.ai.
