1. Overview
ADGTech Solutions Inc. uses a limited set of third-party vendors ("subprocessors") to assist in delivering the ADGTech enterprise AI automation platform. Each subprocessor is engaged under contract with data protection obligations at least as protective as ADGTech's own commitments to customers.
Enterprise customers with specific subprocessor requirements or objections may raise them through their enterprise account or at legal@adgtech.ai.

3. Updates to Subprocessors
ADGTech may add, remove, or replace subprocessors from time to time. Enterprise customers will be notified of material changes to the subprocessor list with at least 30 days advance notice, providing an opportunity to raise objections before the change takes effect.
4. Payment Processors
ADGTech processes payments through Moneris and Helcim — PCI DSS compliant Canadian payment processors. These processors handle all payment card data and are bound by their respective PCI compliance programs. ADGTech does not store raw card data.
