ADGTech Solutions Inc. ("ADGTech", "we", "our", "us") operates the ADGTech enterprise AI automation platform ("Platform") at adgtech.ai. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you and your organization use our Platform and services.
ADGTech is headquartered in Canada and operates under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation. We are committed to responsible, transparent data handling practices.
By using the Platform, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use and contact us to delete your account.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you or your organization creates an account, we collect: name, email address, organization name, job title, and account credentials. For enterprise accounts, we may collect billing contacts, authorized user lists, and contract details.
Organization Information
To deliver platform services, we may collect information about your organization's workflows, processes, and business context as configured within the Platform. This information is used exclusively to provide contracted services.
Usage Data
We collect platform usage data including: features accessed, automations run, workflow configurations, session logs, error reports, and API usage metrics. Usage data is used to maintain, secure, and improve the Platform.
Support Communications
When you contact support, we collect the content of your communications, ticket details, and any files or screenshots shared to resolve your request.
Integration Metadata
When you connect third-party integrations (CRM, email, calendar, ERP, etc.), we collect connection metadata and, where required to deliver the integration, relevant data from connected systems. Integration scope is controlled by the customer.
AI Processing Data
AI automation features process content you provide — such as documents, communications, campaign data, and workflow inputs — to generate automation outputs. This data is processed on your behalf and is subject to our data isolation and retention controls.

3. How We Use Information
Service Delivery
To provision, operate, maintain, and improve the Platform and contracted services.
Security Monitoring
To detect, investigate, and respond to security threats, unauthorized access, fraud, and abuse.
Product Improvement
To analyze aggregated usage patterns and improve platform features. Individual customer data is not shared across tenants for this purpose.
AI Automation and Recommendations
To power AI automation features you have activated, including workflow automation, content generation, analytics, and AI agent functions. Customer data is not used to train shared AI models without explicit written consent.
Billing and Account Management
To process payments, issue invoices, manage subscriptions, and communicate about your account.
Legal and Compliance Requirements
To comply with applicable law, respond to lawful legal requests, enforce our terms, and protect the rights and safety of our customers and platform.
4. Data Sharing
ADGTech does not sell customer data.
Service Providers
We engage a limited number of service providers (subprocessors) to assist in delivering the Platform — including cloud infrastructure, AI model providers, payment processors, and communications tools. All subprocessors are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations. See our Subprocessors page.
Payment Processors
Payment information is handled by our PCI DSS compliant payment processor partners (Moneris, Helcim). ADGTech does not store raw card data.
Integration Partners
When you activate third-party integrations, data may be shared with the integration partner as required to operate the integration. This is controlled by your integration configuration.
Legal Disclosures
We may disclose information to comply with applicable law, court orders, or lawful government requests. We will attempt to notify affected customers where legally permitted.
5. Data Storage and Retention
Active account data is retained for the duration of the subscription plus any applicable legal hold periods. Data in inactive or cancelled accounts is retained for up to 90 days following account closure, after which it is permanently deleted unless legal holds apply.
Customers may request data export prior to account cancellation via the platform or by contacting support@adgtech.ai.
6. Cross-Border Transfers
ADGTech's primary infrastructure is Canadian-based. Some services may involve subprocessors in other jurisdictions (including the USA) where data may be processed or stored. We ensure appropriate contractual protections are in place for cross-border transfers. Enterprise customers can discuss specific data residency and sovereignty requirements in their contract.
7. Canada Privacy Rights
Under PIPEDA and applicable provincial law, you have the right to: access your personal information, request correction of inaccurate information, withdraw consent for non-essential processing, and make a complaint to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

8. US Privacy Rights
US customers, including California residents, may have additional rights under CCPA/CPRA and other state laws, including the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information. ADGTech does not sell personal information.

9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for: obtaining appropriate consent from their end users for data collected through ADGTech-powered applications; configuring platform permissions to limit data access to authorized users; ensuring the accuracy of data input into the Platform; and reviewing AI outputs before business-critical or regulated use.
